International consultant for assisting research studies and coordinating research trainings in Central Asia

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Kazakhstan (Almaty) within the framework of the “Afghan Opiate Trade” programme (GLOV20) is announcing a vacancy for the position of International consultant for assisting research studies and coordinating research trainings in Central Asia.

For detailed information on the position, please refer to the attached Terms of Reference and Procurement Notice.
 
Interested individual consultants must submit the following documents to demonstrate their qualifications:
 
(1) Form “Confirmation of interest and availability” duly filled in and signed and with requested attachments of:
(2) P-11 form signed and with full contact information of at least two referees (including their e-mails and phones) provided in question 26;
(3) Breakdown of all-inclusive price proposal by number of anticipated deliverables (in US dollars) -- using the template in the Confirmation of interest form;
(4) Explaining why he/she is the most suitable for the work as per requirements of the TOR (1 page maximum);
(5) Giving brief information on similar tasks implemented including duration of such tasks, timeframe and client/organization for which tasks were performed (1 page maximum).
